- Products must be in their original condition—unused, undamaged, with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals included.
- We do not accept returns for parts that have been installed, used, or damaged due to improper use.
2. Return Process
- Customers must contact us via email or phone within the return period to initiate a return request.
- Once approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product sent).
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed within the same 14-day return window, provided the product is in original condition.
- For defective or damaged products during shipping, we will replace the item free of charge and cover shipping costs.
4. Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and inspected to meet return criteria, a refund will be processed within 2 business days to the original payment method.
- Refunds do not include original shipping fees or return shipping costs unless the return is due to our fault.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Auto parts that have been installed or modified.
- Products purchased during special promotions or discounts (if specified).
- Items damaged or misused after purchase.
